We generally do not provide a refund as we give enough test material to users on the site before an upgrade. Hence, all payments will be final, unless otherwise mentioned on certain plans. However, if you feel that you have a valid reason for a refund, we will be happy to discuss this with you to help resolve the issue in anyway we can. Any refund, if eligible, will be processed within 15 days of receiving a refund/cancellation request.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Chinar Classes, to products/services you purchase through Chinar Classes, or your having violated or threatened to violate Chinar Classes intellectual property rights, then the same shall be submitted to arbitration of courts in J&K, India only.

Amendment

Chinar Classes reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed sever-able and shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any remaining condition.
