All purchases made on Chinar Classes — including mock test series, PDF study notes, video courses, and individual subject plans — are final and non-refundable. Once payment is successfully processed, access is granted instantly, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with content difficulty.
If you accidentally make two identical payments for the same product (same test series, same study note bundle, or same video course) within a short period, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification. This is the only scenario where a refund is processed.
To claim a refund for double payment, contact support within 5 days of the transaction with the following details:
Refund processing time: after verification, the duplicate amount is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to credential sharing, unauthorized access, cheating, or any violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund, partial or full. All payments are considered forfeited in such cases.
Our support team typically responds within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• No cancellation midway: Once you purchase a plan (monthly, 6-month, or yearly), you cannot cancel it early to receive a refund for the unused period.
• Price changes: Chinar Classes reserves the right to modify pricing. Previous purchases remain unaffected.
• Technical issues: If you face genuine technical errors preventing access (e.g., payment success but no content unlocked), we will resolve access within 24 hours. Refunds are not issued for resolvable technical glitches.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.
• Free content: Free mock tests, sample PDFs, and demo videos remain accessible even without purchase — no refund applicable since no transaction occurred.
